BILINGUALCUSTOMER SERVICE REP
RIVIERA BEACH, FL
$16-18.00/hr. Plus full benefits package that includes: PTO days, employer paid life insurance, 401(K), medical (75% employer paid), dental (same), vision (same), paid major holidays.
Excellent attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills.
SAP software experience extremely helpful, Word, Excel, Outlook required
Must be able to work w/ diverse group of people in a team environment.
Will provide service to internal and external clients by phone, email, fax in an efficient and professional manner
Provide accurate, valid, complete info to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed
Address customer issues/complaints and resolve to full satisfaction of customer immediately, within co. Guidelines while maintaining composure and professionalism; appropriately escalate issues to management with a positive attitude
Initiate Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) or escalate to manager, as needed
Maintain detailed files of customer accounts and for documentation of customer interactions, respond to email/faxes/phone calls professionally
