Our chosen candidate will possess the following skill set and experience:
Develops and delivers a range of online and classroom training courses.
Provides logistical support associated with developing, delivering and evaluating training activities across the company.
Administers various internal programs developed to enhance the new hires integration to the organization.
Assists with the development of the annual Learning & Development schedule.
Administers the logistics associated with the Learning & Development activities; e.G. Scheduling events such as classroom courses, booking rooms, and extending invitations.
Creates Standard Operating procedures to support the activities associated with the Learning & Organizational Development function.
Assumes management of the company s intranet, and other systems used to support organizational development initiatives.
Responsibilities include increasing user engagement; training users; ensuring the systems are running effectively; working closely with vendors and internal teams to coordinate and facilitate the rollout of new features.
Develops and implements a system for undertaking regular culture audits to ensure systems and processes are in alignment with the company s core values.
Manages various initiatives to promote positive company culture such as Employee of the Month/Year and other recognition awards.
Assists with the day-to-day administration of various systems and processes, as required for the effective performance of the team.
Ability to work autonomously, is organized and delivers timely results.

Collaborativenand engaging, with ability to interact effectively at all levels.
Skilled communicator, both verbally and in writing
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Applications and ability to learn new software easily

Bachelor s degree (B.A.) in a related field and at least 3 years related business experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience where two years related experience equals one year of schooling. Related experience assumes a similar corporate role focused on working in a consultative role and training in an adult learning setting
