COUNTER CUSTOMER SERVICE

Chosen candidate will be upbeat with a smiling voice and demeanor as well as a can do / will do attitude!
Will greet customers in person and over the phone to assist with parts they are looking for.
Must be extremely organized with an understanding of inventory systems and part numbers.
Must be technically savvy with knowledge of Excel including ability to enter and manipulate data, change columns, etc., within an already created spreadsheet.
Ability to use MS Word and Outlook as well as learn SAGE MAS 90 system.
Clear verbal and written communication skills with the ability to form a proper business email letter to clients.
Must be fluent with the keyboard, no speed requirement but no hunt/peck speed
Will handle incoming calls; most calls are clients calling in to schedule regular or preventative maintenance.
Must be able to quickly resolve any client complaints with swift and service based solutions.
