CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

Qualified candidates must have clear and effective communication skills and excellent phone etiquette. Will be computer savvy, organized and extremely service oriented.
Will be responsible for managing and documenting the schedules of 4 Service Reps as well as reporting their weekly payroll.
Order parts and other service needs from the manufacturing plant.
Bilingual is helpful but not required.
Must be able to work from 7am - 4pm Monday through Friday no flexability.
