MEMBER SERVICE REP

Qualified candidate must be articulate with clear and effective written and spoken communication skills.
Answering incoming calls from members, credit unions and account executives to assist with and or resolve claim issues or any other concerns that they may have.
Assist members in finding repair facilities that will work with the company warranty.
Provide quick resolution for members, credit unions and account executives to immediately alleviate their concern regarding claim.
Explain and educate the member on the vehicle service agreement that they have purchased.
Assist in finding and setting up rental for the member.
Escalating claims as needed and provide advice to the Member Service Assistant Manager or Contact Center Director while continuing to follow up on the member s concern.
Setting major tasks when members have a major repair and following up daily to avoid any disruption for the member.
Minimum of two (2) years experience in Member Service/ Call Center capacity.
Strong work ethic and detail oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability and knowledge of general computer skills using Microsoft Windows products such as, Outlook, Word, Excel.
Typing skills, minimum of 25 WPM.
