ON SITE PERFORMANCE MANAGER

The On-site Performance Manager will manage contract employees at the customer's work site and is primarily responsible for meeting a major customer's staffing needs. Our client is a warehouse distribution center, the positions we will be staffing are: Forklift Operator, Receiving Clerks, Freight Handler and Quality Assurance. The On-site Manager will be responsible for ongoing recruitment to maintain a pool of available candidates.
Delivers high quality service to customers and contract employees by matching contract employees' skills with customer needs.
Develops and retains business by providing outstanding customer service.
Performs a variety of administrative tasks that support the overall mission of quality performance and service. (attendance reports, safety meetings, employee incentives)
Manages the order management process from receiving to completing an assignment.
Asks the appropriate questions when taking job orders.
Responsible for recruiting and interviewing candidates to evaluate their qualifications.
Responds to and qualifies job orders efficiently.
Uses recruiting tools to fill assignment orders rapidly with qualified contract employees.
Enters skill code information accurately while maintaining and updating the existing computer database.
Responsible for all new hire documentation and orientation including safety & forklift training.
Communicates effectively with all levels of management.
Maintains reports as requested by client, i.E.: attendance/performance/safety/training.
Troubleshoots to resolve problems or complaints of customers and/or contract employees.
Uses personal computer workstations effectively to perform day-to-day responsibilities.
Administers and/or coordinates service quality training and quality performance programs.
Builds professional relationships with customer, contract employees and staff.
Minimum of 3 years previous Warehouse/DC Management/HR/Recruitment experience
Must be well versed with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong customer service skills, ability to work well with all levels of management and employees.
Forklift experience/certification preferred
