Must be completely comfortable with high volume/ auto dialer outbound calls, approximately 200-300/day
Ideal candidates will have either customer service or inside sales experience and be accustomed to working with a strict quota.
Must possess clear and articulate communication skills
Very important to be upbeat, personable, "shiny, happy person"
Healthcare or related industry experience helpful.
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills required -- very important to type at least 40 WPM. Must be savvy with Outlook, Word and general navigation skills. Very little Excel required. Must be able to provide solid references.
The right candidates for this job have to be outgoing with a "smiling voice," politely aggressive, persuasive, comfortable with repetition and rejection and get a thrill out of seeing what happens with their next call.
Hard Numbers/Quotas required:
12 Appointments per day.
60 Appointments per week.
Show ratio is typically approximately 50% (30).
Of the 30, they must consistently have 12 qualified appointments (potential clients with proven hearing loss) per week.
