PURCHASING AND PARTS SUPPORT

Our chosen candidate will be able to organize and prioritize ongoing multiple tasks. Must possess strong customer service orientation and be technically savvy with the ability to quickly learn systems. Strong communication skills and the ability to follow directions and work as a team player is a must.
This role provides account support to the Account Specialist by performing the following, but not limited, tasks:
Entering/creating Sales Order & Order Confirmation
Entering/creating Purchase Order
Prepare shipping documents, organize shipment
Follow up deliveries with vendors and/or customers
Save respective project documents in correct case folder on server
Coordinate the invoicing process
Promptly answer to customers/vendors/logistics
Provide excellent customer service.
Clear communication skills in English required, French or Finnish as second language, helpful.

Technically savvy with knowledge of MS Office systems and ability to quickly learn new software
General understanding of work orders, inventory, purchase orders, etc.
Clear and articulate communication skills
