Accuracy - Verifying materials received are as ordered
Compares information on invoice with purchase order to verify accuracy of shipment.
Routes incoming items to appropriate departments/locations
Counts, sorts and barcodes items received
Records discrepancies and immediately notifies supervisor
Delivers items to other departments and obtains authorized signatures for acceptance of items
Ability to understand and follow departmental policies and procedures
Ability to receive, track and distribute materials
Ability to prepare administrative paperwork such as copying, scanning and saving files.
Perform simple arithmetic
Must be able to lift approximately 30-50 lbs
MUST have good communication skills
MUST have some computer experience
High School Diploma or GED
