Data Entry of part numbers, configurations, product details into inventory management software. Review and correction of existing data to ensure accuracy.
Answering and directing incoming phone calls to the correct personnel/departments for quick resolution.
Reception of scheduled walk-in customers or suppliers during factory visits.
Assist in other office needs for Customer Service and Quality Assurance teams as needed.
High School graduate or higher
Minimum Previous Experience:
Experience with customer service in a professional manufacturing, service, or retail environment is required.
Experience in Data Entry preferred but not required.
Experience working as an assistant or receptionist in an office environment preferred but not required.
Minimum Additional Training:
Typing 60wpm+ highly desired
Microsoft Office Suite experience or training
Previous experience in using an MRP/ERP system a plus
